CONSULTATION:
TELEPHONE CONSULTATION: Telephone consultation is free for 30 minutes. This allotment will give us the time to go over event ideas, themes, items, etc.
IN-PERSON CONSULTATION: In-person consultation fee is 99$ for 60 minutes. This allotment will give us the time to go over event ideas, themes, items in further detail and discuss the layout. (layout is not included in price, unless a contract signed for an event)
PAYMENTS, DEPOSITS, AND FEES
For security purposes for any damaged or lost rentals. Credit card authorization forms must be filled out for each event.
All payments are nonrefundable, regardless of the reason. Clients may use their credit up to a year of the initial date signed of the first contract ... A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your overall event cost is required at the time of booking, no deposit means no booking. The remaining balance MUST be paid 21days prior to the event. Failure to make payment 21 days prior to the event will result in a $100 late charge (no more than 14 days prior to the event date). Failure to make final payment with late charge within 14 days of the event will result in cancellation of the reservation and no refund nor credit will be given.
DAMAGE AND LOSS
In the event that equipment provided by Lujan Luxury Events & Co LLC is damaged or lost due to the actions of event attendees or of staff not employed by Lujan Luxury Events & Co LLC, customer agrees to pay for all repair or replacement, up to the the full value of the lost or damaged items, including shipping and handling.
Please be advised, ANY damage to rentals will result in fees being charged for loss/ damage.
Lujan Luxury Events & Co LLC does not control the weather. This damage includes, but; not limited to the following:
Damage caused by: Wind / Water / Extreme heat or cold.
Damage from moving props that are to remain stationary.
Damage or loss will be assessed as soon as possible after conclusion of the event. All visible damage will be photographed on site whenever possible.
Lujan Luxury Events & Co LLC will provide a documented damage/loss form with costs included within 2 business days after the event. Customer must pay for the damage or loss upon receipt of Lujan Luxury Events & Co LLC damage/loss report.
